While WaBa Grill is rapidly entering new markets, there is plenty of room for nationwide growth as the demand for healthy food continues to skyrocket.
HOW MUCH DOES A WABA GRILL FRANCHISE COST?
The total cost to open a WaBa Grill franchise ranges from $336,000 to $572,000 per store. The total costs include everything you need to launch your new business, including build-out, equipment, marketing, inventory, and beyond.
WHAT IS THE FRANCHISE FEE?
The franchise fee is $35,000 for your initial store and $30,000 for each additional store you invest in. The franchise fee gives you access to our world-class training and support infrastructure, our cutting edge marketing strategies, ongoing menu development, and a leadership team that has your back every step of the way.
WHAT IS THE ONGOING ROYALTY
The ongoing royalty is 5% of Gross Sales (minus sales tax).

WHAT ARE THE FINANCIAL QUALIFICATINOS FOR OWNERSHIP?
To franchise with WaBa Grill, you must have liquid assets of at least $500,000 and a net worth of $1 Million.
CAN I SCALE UP TO MULTI-UNIT OWNERSHIP?
Yes. WaBa Grill is designed for multi-unit ownership. In fact, over 50% of our franchise growth over the last few years has come from our existing owners investing in more locations. Some of our owners are developing entire markets. This is strong validation that the WaBa Grill business model works, and we’re proud that so many of our franchisees are multi-unit owners.
DO YOU PROVIDE TRAINING AND SUPPORT?
Yes. WaBa Grill believes that all great operators start with exceptional training and support. We provide initial training at a WaBa Grill location where you will learn everything you need to know about the business model including how to prepare every item on the menu, how to manage inventory, how to lead a team, and more. We also provide ongoing training through regular store visits as well as our online university to help you and your team learn wherever they are. In addition, we provide ongoing marketing support, professional development, and are on hand to help you whenever a question arises. DO YOU PROVIDE REAL ESTATE?
Yes. WaBa Grill has a real estate team to help you secure the perfect location for your new restaurant. We look for highly-visible, highly-trafficked strip centers that have strong community anchors, and because our footprint is small, we can often secure prime locations for favorable rates. In addition to helping you find the location, we also provide support with build-out and construction, and are on hand to guide you through the entire process of grand opening.
